Docspeare is a documentation platform built for SaaS, devtools, and API-first companies. The source of truth is Google Docs — Docspeare mirrors a Drive folder, renders each Doc as a polished page on your own domain, and keeps the public site in sync. No CMS to learn, no migration, no copy-paste.

## What makes it different

- **Google Docs as the source of truth.** Your team already writes in Docs. Docspeare publishes from there directly — no new editor, no migration tooling.
- **AI-discoverable by default.** Every published hub gets a `/llms.txt` manifest and JSON-LD schema markup so AI engines can read and cite your docs in answers.
- **API reference built in.** Upload an OpenAPI spec, get a Mintlify-style reference page at `docs.yourcompany.com/api-reference`.
- **AI co-author included.** Powered by Claude, free during beta — paste a Slack thread, transcript, RFC, or Jira ticket and the agent turns it into a clean draft. No API key required.
- **Server-rendered HTML.** Every public page is SSR, with sitemap.xml, OG tags, and structured data. Real SEO, not SPA hydration.
